Led Away Captive (4.08MB; download) -- Episode 147
...so the king of Assyria will lead away stripped and barefoot the Egyptian captives and Cushite exiles, young and old, with buttocks bared—to Egypt's shame. Isaiah 20:4
It was quite an image, Isaiah stripped down to his undershirt and barefoot for three years all to demonstrate the reality of the message. God wanted his people to see, to understand what was about to happen. The King of Assyria would lead a once great and feared people away as slaves, chained, ashamed, and fearful. How could this happen?

My Strength and My Song (5.02MB; download) -- Episode 146
The LORD, the LORD, is my strength and my song;
he has become my salvation." Isaiah 12:2b
Have you ever considered how powerful a song can be? Many times when we are facing what seems insurmountable challenges our strength returns on the wings of a song, perhaps one of the hymns that have brought encouragements to millions over the years, perhaps something as simple as a children’s song, “Jesus love me this I know,” or maybe a special song gently placed in your heart between you and the Lord alone.
